2. Delivery Timelines

We offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria and international shipping to select destinations:

• Lagos Delivery: 1–3 working days.

• Nationwide (Outside Lagos): 3–7 working days.

• International Shipping: 7–14 working days (via DHL or our international partners).

Note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, sales, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.

• Free Shipping: Keep an eye out for our periodic promotions offering free shipping on orders above a certain value.

4. International Customs & Duties

• For orders outside of Nigeria, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

• Nuval Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
