Thank you for shopping with Nuval Beauty. Because our products are personal care items, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety of all our customers. Please review our policy below:
1. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Timeframe: You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a claim.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on:

Opened or used cosmetics (lip glosses, lipsticks, etc.).

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period.

"Change of mind" purchases once the order has been processed.
3. Refund Process

Verification: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Method: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
4. Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged product immediately and email them to our support team.
